Of course. I never want to presume anything in particular will occur, but I won't deny my gratitude for whatever you choose to share with me of your own volition.

I suppose the passage of time is a different construct for me these days, given my attachment to immortality. All that is to say that you need not worry about any great length passing between our meetings. I have forever ahead of me now.

At one time it might have been more daunting. In some ways it still is, especially when I was only ever in possession of the opposite before.

Immortality can be daunting. The endlessness of it can make what life you have feel shapeless. Unless you find reason or purpose.

Though it seems to me that you have no trouble with that.

And it is very cliché to request that, yes. But I am quite fond of you, so it fortunately cancels out. I'll simply come over as I am, if that is all.

To a point, I believed I had already fulfilled what I was meant to in my mortal existence. Served the role that I was destined to play. Now, the future is determined by however long I am intended to remain here.

You're kind enough to not hold such poor or unimaginative sentiment against me, but truly, Ororo, the best thing you could bring to me is your presence, which I am grateful to have bestowed on me for any duration.
